Upon arrival, the rooms weren't ready when we checked in at 3 pm, but once we settled in, I found the rooms to be clean and nice. Although the hotel is not that close to UBER or taxi services, it offers a comfortable stay in Santa Cruz. For future visits, considering Hotel Alfonso VIII could be a good idea.

The hotel offers large, comfortable rooms with modern furnishings that are very clean and cozy. The staff is welcoming and helpful, providing great recommendations and making our stay amazing. The location, although not in the city center, is in a nice residential area with local cafes nearby. The dining experience is excellent, with Spanish accents and a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, a great value for money stay.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms lacked personality and the view from the balcony wasn't great, I was pleasantly surprised by the two-room unit with a luxurious whirlpool/massage tub in the master bathroom. The modern furnishings and spacious layout added to the comfort of the stay.
